Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your account and all associated portfolio data directly in the app, or contact us if you cannot access your account.
Delete your data in the app
- Sign in to Total Holdings.
- Open the Security screen.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then submit.
What is deleted
- Your account profile and settings.
- Portfolios, holdings, positions, and transactions.
- Historical net worth data and portfolio snapshots.
- Saved broker connection tokens, if any exist.
Device storage
The app stores authentication tokens and cached portfolio data on your device for offline access. Logging out or deleting the app will remove local data.
If you cannot access your account
Email contact.portfolios@titanitestudio.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
Processing time
We delete data from active systems promptly. Residual backups may persist for a limited time. Requests are typically completed within 30 days.
